Introduction
Here to Help Together (HTHT) is a voluntary organisation that maintains and publishes the Sutton Coldfield Community Directory as hard copy and through the HTHT website. We also organise networking meetings for third sector organisations in the Sutton Coldfield area.
What information do we collect about you and how do we use it?
The types of information we collect about you depends on the nature of your interactions with us. Depending on the circumstances, we collect any of the following:
Details about you: Your name and email address.
Details about your organisation: Contact name, address, phone number, email address.
Personal information (name and email address) is used for the purpose of Networking (contact about Networking meetings and dissemination between meeting attendees).
Details provided to us about your organisation are published in the Sutton Coldfield Community Directory online on the HTHT website and as hard (printed) copy.
All information you supply to Here to Help Together is held securely. Only your organisation listing information will be publicly published on the Here to Help Together website. Your personal details (unless these are part of your organisation listing details) will not be shared with third parties except for Networking as described above or if we are required to by law.
Links to other websites
Our website contains links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting other sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.
Your rights

You have the right to see what information Here to Help Together holds about you or your organisation and to ask for the information to be amended if incorrect. You also have the right for your organisation to be removed from the Directory. To make any of these requests please email directory@schtht.co.uk with ‘Subject Access Request’ in the subject line. Your request will be forwarded to the relevant person in the organisation and will be acknowledged.
Your request will be carried out within one month unless there is good reason for this not to be possible. In this event we will contact you and explain why we cannot carry out your request within one month.
How long will we keep your information?
We will keep your information for as long as you wish to be involved in Networking meetings, as long as you want your organisation to be included in the Sutton Coldfield Community Directory or until you ask us to remove you information from our website or contacts list.
