| WHAT WE DO | We provide a person centred support based on needs identified by the carer; includes health & wellbeing, employment, housing, finances, general information and accessing respite. |
| WHO IS IT FOR | Carers can be any age including young carers (aged 4-17 years old) The cared for individual will be registered with a Birmingham GP. |
