| WHAT WE DO | We give counseling to those experiencing mental health distress. Clients are required to come weekly at the same time and day for 8 weeks initially. This can be extended. |
| WHO IS IT FOR | The Centre is staffed by professionally qualified counselors who volunteer their time for the community. Those wishing to access this service should phone 0121 354 6544. |
| IS THERE ANY COST | Yes. We ask for financial contributions each session. |
| IS A REFERRAL NEEDED | Clients can self-refer, via GPs, by recommendation, advertisements, web page/ internet (www.bgcounselling.co.uk). |
