| WHAT WE DO | Support given through groups, 1:1, complementary therapies, self help education sessions – relaxation, pain, stress etc. courses and informal drop in.
Volunteer for reception, office support, fundraising committee, bag packing, can collections, managing fundraising events. |
| WHO IS IT FOR | Anyone (adult) affected by cancer either themselves or someone they care for.
Volunteers: Any adult who has some time on their hands – from a few hours a month, through to a regular slot every week. You just need enthusiasm and the desire to make a difference. |
| IS THERE ANY COST | There is a one off £20 registration fee to access all the Centre has to offer. |
| IS A REFERRAL NEEDED | People can pop in or call – no formal referral procedure. Formal induction and training provided for volunteers. |
| WHEN AND WHERE | Lindridge Road Monday – Friday 9:00am – 4:30pm Tuesday until 8:00pm. |
