| WHAT WE DO | We provide information and advice to carers to help them to access the services and support that they need to help them in their caring role. We also have social activities including Carers Café, trips and events. |
| WHO IS IT FOR | Carers of any age who support a family member, friend or neighbour with their daily needs and are unpaid. |

| WHEN AND WHERE | The office is open 10.00am – 2:00pm Mon, Tues, Wed and Fri. If the office is unmanned please leave a message with your number. We have a Carers Café 11:00am – 1:00pm on the 4th Tuesday of the month at The United Reformed Church in Sutton Coldfield, Brassington Avenue, B73 6AA. |
